About Us

Having worked in Big4 Consulting and other multinational companies across the world for more than a decade, we could observe 3 main challenges while executing IT projects for clients. (1) Organisations often fail to define the actual scope of the project and how to measure its success objectively (2) IT projects are often treated in isolation not aligned to the business goals – Business Leaders often remain apprehensive about the cost-benefit of the project (3) Poor quality of implementation hampers acceptability of the project among end-users.
